Caters all inbound calls related to medical credentialing.
Help the provider to verify and solved all of their issues regarding with the application submitted and not submitted.
Conducts verification and auditing at the same time.
Resolves issues concerning providers’ applications, assists in logging in and attesting on the provider source websites.
Responsible for verifying provider application status and giving correct information on what to submit and steps they need to do in various situations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Check provider credentialing status, files for duplication and possible conflict information
Perform duties to act as a liaison between providers, the health plan and corporate including investigating and resolving provider application issues.
Serve as primary contact for providers serving as a liaison between the provider and the health plan.
Helps providers or credentialing managers who have trouble attesting/re-attesting on the websites.
Troubleshooting and solve issues regarding with the application of the providers in all websites .
Confirm authenticity of documents and ensure pre-established criteria has been met; and provide the correct information with the applications that do not meet the criteria.
Be precise of the documentation that needs to be logged on the Call logger.
Receive and respond to external provider related issues
Educate providers regarding application procedures related to submission; web site education, and problem solving (liaison responsibilities)
Verify and review provider applications, participation agreements of provider’s application.
Follow up with providers or office managers in regards to missing or expired information in the credentialing application or documentation.

Qualifications

At least 2 years call center experience working in Customer Care (outbound and/or inbound)
No attendance issues.
Computer literate.
No health issues. Must be 100% fit to work.
Must have great problem solving skills able to resolve customer inquiries via phone (inbound) in a professional and timely manner.
Comfortable in speaking the English language both on and off the phone.
Must possess interactive fluency and spontaneous in responding to customer's queries.
Great ownership skills.
Amenable to Graveyard Shift and willing to go on overtime when needed as needed. · Subject Matter Expert experience preferred but not required.
